Aligners don’t fit after 2 re-scans?

hey, just wanna know what people think of this

So I had my very first scan around 6 weeks ago - trays came 3 weeks later and I went in to get them fitted. Straight off the bat the bottom aligners didn’t fit. We pushed and tried but it just was not fitting my front teeth and was popping off the back teeth

Ortho says no worries - it happens sometimes where there is a manufacturer error so he did another re-scan.

Just went in today again to get fitted and I have had the exact same problem - bottom aligners not fitting at all! we tried everything. The ortho assistant was very shocked and said she’s never seen this happen twice in a row. Now i’m booked in for a third rescan tomorrow 😭

I wanna know if anyone has had a similar experience. For context this is Invisalign and it’s at one of highest rated orthodontics in my city.
