Need help with if I should do GEM

I’m not able to retake a year out of studies and must go to uni this year since it’ll be very hard for me to
I’m wondering if it’s possible that someone could advice me since I really would want to do medicine and get a 2:1 degree
Would it be a good idea and would it be possible still to get a MPharm (masters at a 2:1) and then do GEM — I got the clearing option from pharmacy in Kent and Medway

But I’ve also got a clearing option in biomedical science Southampton 3 years - I feel job market isn’t very good and if I end up unsuccessful after that it’ll be hard for me to end up getting money still
