[M4F] Trying to Place a Voice

William sat and listened to the recording again. Shutting his eyes as he tried to really piece together every little idiosyncratic thing this voice had. The small lisp on certain letters, any unique pronunciation of words. He sighed as he rewinded and then hit play again. Mouthing along some of it before finally throwing his hands up as his friend Griffin came and sat across from him.

"Still at it, huh?" Griffin asked as William simply shrugged and grabbed his drink. Taking a long, annoyed sip before sighing deeply. "You know, most guys would just move on. What's so special about this voice?"

His friend wasn't wrong. William had been at a party a few days back. He usually didn't go to them, but he had decided he might as well spend some time there since he was at college and all. And while he was there, the party has a game called Dirty Darkness. Two people would go into a room together, and talk dirty to one another, ending with recording a message for the other to keep as a memento. Entirely anonymous, never saw faces. But William's partner...he listened to it again and shut his eyes. The way she talked. The cadence. The warmth.

"I never was normal." William reminded his friend who just scoffed. "You don't get it. It wasn't just...we talked. About more than just sex stuff." William blushed softly as Griffin shrugged.

"I still can't believe it. Most people go for sex in an dark closet. And you're this hung up on a girl you only talked dirty to? We need to get you laid man." William had stopped listening to his friend as he continued talking. Because his ears had perked up, and his eyes gently ran over to a girl talking to her own friend. And there he heard it.

The voice. He had found the voice.

(Bit of a new prompt I want to try out, but! A college student desperate to find the voice of a woman he shared an intimate little conversation with in a dark closet! Hopefully the woman is interested in him as well, as he can't stop thinking about the beauty of her voice.

I'd be happy to iron details out much more, including obviously what this girl looks like, any potential drama surrounding them both getting together, and trying to navigate everything in between! I just really want to do a roleolay centered around the power of voices and how a good voice can be as attractive as a good body!
