Is a 2015 Subaru Legacy with 180k miles a bad idea?

My older brother recently bought a truck, and he no longer needs his Subaru so he's pretty much handing it over to me. The car has no known issues and I recently got it checked out by a mechanic and he said it seems to be good to go. Most of the miles are highway miles apparently. Should I be skeptical?
