Neck folds

What are we using to prevent heat rash or redness under babies neck folds?? My baby girl is starting to get some redness and some red spots around her neck and back of neck. I try to dry it completely as best as I can. I have used organic powder (but learned not supposed to use that but my mom said that’s all she ever used on all her kids). Tried aquaphor as well.
