Need suggestion on NBR soul of the seasons

Hi,

We are planning to book a 3BHK+3T unit on NBR Soul of Seasons phase 2 for self use purpose. People who already purchased here in phase 1 or phase 2 , do you guys visited the construction site before going ahead with your booking? Because when I asked to visit the construction site they straightforwardly denied that citing safety reasons. I kind of perplexed with it because was it really a safety reasons or they are trying to hide something which is not their in RERA details?
