Saying Hi

Hey everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself to the community! I’m a caregiver, and I run a shared-living home where I provide daily care and support for three adults on the autism spectrum.

My main focus every day is creating a safe, respectful environment centered entirely on the residents—their routines, choices, and independence. Being a caregiver in an adult home comes with its unique set of daily rewards and challenges, from navigating system support to managing sensory-friendly routines.

I’m looking forward to connecting, sharing practical ideas, and learning from other caregivers, families, and self-advocates here!
