Website help

So long story short I tried creating a website for a plumbing company I am trying to start but it is horrible and I think when anyone clicks on it it’s not use able pretty much and was wondering if anyone could help me make a real basic website just to get people to call my number and how much it would cost. My website is www.ocxlaplumbing.com and I believe I made it on my phone on an app. Any help would be appreciated
