Partners Lifetime ISA after I had Help to Buy ISA

Hi all,

Looking for some information I’m struggling to find online.

So, I had my own Help to Buy ISA up until 2022 when I bought my own house by myself. I got the government bonus towards my deposit. I was a first time buyer.

I met my partner a couple of years ago. She now lives with me but I only have myself on the mortgage. She has recently opened up her own Lifetime ISA. She has never owned a house before.

My question is, if my partner and I decide to buy a house together in a few years time, will we be able to use her Lifetime ISA towards her half of the deposit and get the government bonus?
