My weekly reset hasn't changed despite quitting and restarting the game

Just quit the game twice so I could get the new update and everything is still the same as last weeks? Quit to the xbox menu fully closed the game and started it again. I noticed when it was checking for new patches that it didn't give a % like it normally does installing the new one. It says im online. Is it because GB have changed how updates get pushed out? Am I being stupid even though this is how I've gotten the new updates since launch? Is it that GB couldn't be bothered doing a new update? The timer has reset to 6d 23h
