Helpless son posting his parkinsons mom's severe struggle due to narcissist and highly predatory dad

When my mom's medication wears off she will be so vulnerable. Since we live in a south indian village, my narc dad and his flying monkeys create very loud environment and demanding my mom to give answers...it breaks my heart as she further panics with her eyes begging for relief and as I'm not financially secure I cannot take my mom to some other place....please suggest what to do
