Would the HG500 panel from hooga be appropriate for me? Needs listed below

I am looking for a panel that will help body inflammation and pain because I have fibromyalgia and other nerve pain. I also of course would like the skin benefits for the face, and for hair growth. Would this panel be enough? I am not sure how much better the PRO models are compard to the HG
