Ponte Vedra/Nocatee area, meeting friends and other singles…

Hi, I will be relocating to the PVB/NOC area for work, just wanted to get feedback in how this area really is. I keep hearing is “Stepford wives” but in real life. Interested in making friends and possibly meeting other singles. I’m mid 30s F, biracial and worried that from what I’m hearing I maybe not be welcomed in this area. Any thoughts? Thanks.
