Xbox achievement

Been playing 007 first light , but idk why this is happening but a lot of time when I play on my ally x . I get a bunch of achievements pop together at same time , when my Xbox is always connected to internet. And I can’t understand why. Like every time I play on the xbox app with ally every session I see new achievements popping. I’ve seen it happen for achievements I didn’t even go for.
