Cinematic and weird dreams on medication

Lately I have had a series of strangely detailed, vivid and cinematic dreams, I used not to dream anything at all or having constant nightmares before my meds

I take 25mg Trazodone, 200mg Sertraline, 0.5mg Risperidone

They often start with a detailed premise and pretty consistent, but having weird turns, sometimes blending in what appears to be another completely different dream but with somehow perfect continuity and "transitions" between them.

The trama often is action related, including superpower fights and chases.

One time even the dream had like a fourth wall breaking scene on which I "paused it" a friend asked me what the hell were we watching and then i rewinded it and watched it from the start, the dream repeated almost perfectly before going to the final "boss fight" that was about to happen

They often only appear when I fall asleep after waking up in the morning and still feeling sleepy.

I would say it's almost like an extremely weird movie on which the directors are high on some kind of psychedelic and the animation department had infinite budget.

Does someone experience something similar specially with some of this medications?
