Blocked pore on my nipple

So i have this giant pore on my nipple that for the past 3 years i squeezed it left some white things idk what it is, and also something like a greenish fluid. I have had 3 ultrasounds so it isnt something bad and everyone i asked says its ok, but fir the past month i have seen it create something like a hole? It wasn't there and im worried . Any opinions?
