My girlfriend blocked me on instagram but claims she didnt

so i looked at her second account today and she had me blocked on it, it said instagram user, i couldnt view her profile, and my messages to it wouldnt go through

So i looked at that same account just on a different account and its still there and all it follows is her old boyfriend and her normal account

And i asked her why would she block me and she said she didnt and she cant even see the account

and i dont wanna think shes lying but also she easily could be so i dont know does anybody know if there os a readon her story could be true
