Do any Vandals ever actually use High-Octane Propellant? To me it just feels unwieldy floating that high in the air, and I feel like I’m putting myself at a disadvantage by using it. Suggestion:

Switch High-Octane Propellant’s jump bonus from High Jump to Strafe Jump.

It’s a bit silly that you become so much more susceptible to fall damage simply by double-jumping with this core equipped in its current state. I’d much rather gain a bonus to my double jump’s directional control than the current bonus to jump height.
