Victoria episode seems like precursor to Doctor Who: Spyfall especially with Jenna Coleman as the said Victoria

Victoria 2.2 The Green-Eyed Monster starring former Doctor Who companion Jenna Coleman as the titular queen featured the portrayal of Ada Lovelace (played by Emerald Fennell) and Charles Babbage (Jo Stone-Fewings).

This came on September 2017 over two years before Spyfall written by Doctor Who showrunner Chris Chibnall which showed a portrait of Queen Victoria and its own portrayal of Ada Lovelace (Sylvie Briggs) and Charles Babbage (Mark Dexter).

Especially given Jenna's history with Doctor Who, it seems likely that Chibnall had seen or at the very least knew about the Victoria episode prior to writing Spyfall.

The Victoria episode also states the fact that Ada's father is Lord Byron and Lord Byron would be portrayed in Doctor Who by Jacob Collins-Levy in The Haunting of Villa Diodati which came six episodes after Spyfall.
