Should i pull the 5th star of anna's weapon ?

Hello,

So i've pulled Anna's weapon due to the rebate and i'm quite happy so far, 4 stars in 75 pull but i was wondering how much is worth the 5th. I would be pulling with fates, with a cashback of 10 fates if i do pull it. I don't have any pity built up so i'm not sure if the odds are in my favor. It depends on the 5th star value thus my current question.

Thank you.
