Custom Fees for special edition books over 10k

Hi!

I recently ordered books from Illumicrate that will be shipped straight to here in the Philippines. It’s over the 10,000 limit. I was wondering if there will be custom fees? I know there’s an exemption for books but was just wondering since this is a special edition.

Thanks!
