Best way to support my trans cousin?

Hi there! Before my question i wanna say i’m genuinely so sorry for the bad English and grammar and also it’s my first time posting on reddit so please excuse me and redirect me if it’s the wrong place to ask this or if i break any guidelines!<3

So my 17 year old cousin recently came out as trans (mtf) and i want to know the best way to support her and make her feel seen and loved. I know she had a very hard time with her dad when she came out a little over half a year ago, as he’s no longer in the picture.

So the reason i’m asking is because when my mom told me about her coming out (my cousin who we will call olivia) she told me olivia was really hesitant to tell me because i’m muslim. I’m the only muslim in my family as i’m a revert. When i heard this i was heartbroken as i always will love her and support her no matter what. What is the best way for me to support her and let her know that? The reason i’m asking is because when i reverted to islam 4 years ago i hated when everyone would be overly supportive and make a big deal out of it (they still do ahahha)
Thank you in advance 🙏
