Forgiving him is so hard

We broke 7 months of no contact and finally talked through about what happened and how we felt. And I know that I have to let go whatever he has done to me to move on. Forgiveness is so hard，even tho I know that’s the only way out for me. I can’t keep holding on to the pain anymore, because if I do, I’m also holding on to the love.
