30 second pick time strategy

Looking for some advice for a 30 second pick time draft strategy for a 10 team league. I've already ranked 150 players. What else can I do to help with making quick decisons? Feel like the first 3-4 rounds will be easy but after that it gets difficult keeping track of who has been taken and who is available. I don't typically set a specific draft order by position but is that something you'd do with such little time? Any other suggestions?
