Is Torque Block reliable?

Hi, I'm planning to purchase a new set of tyres for my Interceptor 650. Specifically the Reise TourR

I found the set that I want on the website of Torque Block. I just wanted to know if anyone has ordered something from them or is aware about their services? Are they reliable or should I try some other website/store.

Any feedback would be appreciated!
