Would you get a transplant at 73yo?

I’ve always had great hair. Italian style mop. About the last three years my crown toward the back has some thinning. The thinning has slowly moved to top. My sides are still very thick. Always said if I started going bald I would just shave my head and go with it. Well I don’t wanna do that. Just thoughts on age recovery and continuing to lose hair regardless!! TIA
