Struggling with fy1

hello drs

im a new fy1, and it’s been two weeks into the job and everything seems too emotionally daunting at the moment. the department i am currently in is supernumerary and it’s more senior led which means that I dont really get to do anything. the worst part is that I have never done any attachments or paid attention to the software during my med school (due to several reasons and also im coming back in training after 5 years)

currently im struggling with lots of things: understanding the system, getting something to work on, and a registrar who doesn’t let me do anything.

just really confused about the entire situation
