Fixing Jean in the xmen reboot

The only way I can see them fixing Jean Grey from brand new day is if they say Xavier erased her memory of that time.

She forgets what she did and develops into the Jean from the comics. Then when they inevitably do Dark phoenix again or something to that effect, she is given the memory back and has a mental breakdown.

Either that or she is cloned and the clone becomes the hero while Jean from BND becomes a villain helping Sinister or something.
