Booster boxes at CVS???

Anyone else seeing booster boxes at CVS? I saw one at mine with Pitch Black (ripped and in display mode) and now I saw a video from another CVS with a sealed perfect order booster box, are they just selling booster boxes/ individual packs from booster boxes now?
