Is it really worth it?

If i spend 52 lunacy for about 120 days to refill and use all this modules on md.I will get 493.2 crates from bp or 1479.6 crates with paid bp and lose 48 pulls for 26 refill i lose 24 pulls.Main problem is not really lunacy but grind in md.Is it worth it?Btw what lvl am i?
