Bottle preference ruining my journey

My BF journey has been anything but pleasant. After a ton of LC, PT, chiro my guy can breast feed like a champ and we never had to release his lip or tongue tie. HOW.EVER.
He now gets pissed as hell at the boob if my let down isn’t fast enough unless it’s the middle of the night or he’s just waking up. He will take a bottle ravenously though. This leaves me having to pump a million times a day and I’m honestly going to lose my mind because this shit is already so hard. I’m ready to throw in the towel and wean but that also devastates me. Baby will be 3 mo old next week.
Aside from bait and switch (which is also something that enrages me because I can’t comfortably do it in the positions he prefers and I’m always breaking into a sweat cuz he’s screaming) has anyone ever gotten their baby to prefer the breast again and what did you do??
