Foot numb and heavy for over a month
My right leg has been numb and tingling (like it’s always asleep) for the past three weeks. I don’t think any exercise triggered it but it may have. It started more painful and was a little swollen around the knee/ankle. It’s less painful now but I can’t put any pressure on it and it feels like my leg is numb/without feeling up to my thigh. I also get a pins and needles feeling especially on the bottom of the foot after putting pressure on it. All the joints feel very tight in that leg like I have to keep them straight. It feels especially numb in my foot and calf but the whole leg is affected. It feels a little better when elevated.
I suspected a vein issue or rheumatoid arthritis but since it’s not swollen/super painful I didn’t think it qualifies as that. I had this feeling in the past with my legs or arms but it usually only lasted a few days, this one won’t go away.
