[Bug report] Leveling up your Ultimate removes health regen on Kindred Surge Phase augment

Already submitted a bug report on Omeda's homepage, but I thought it might be worth a try to share this here as well. When using the Kindred Surge augment (the one that buffs Hyperflux) on Phase, the additional health regen it provides stops working once you upgrade your ultimate to level 2. This has been an issue since the augment system was introduced.
