Plus size tall girly looking for the first time!

Hey y'all! Just discovered this group while doing a rather disappointing search for plus size compression tights that will actually fit. So far, no good. :( I find lots of socks, but frankly, I wear dresses most of the time, even in fall/winter. I'm about 5'10", and while I have lost about 70 lbs thanks to physical therapy wrapping my legs specially 3 times a week that usually only lasts either til that night, or if I'm lucky, the next morning, I'm still pretty curvy. I'm honestly not sure what size I wear, but I do have my measurements (I sew, so I always have a tape handy ;) ). I'm supposed to be looking for around 20-30mm, and I'm about 270lbs now. I think (?) I'm around a size 20-22? My top is now a LOT smaller than my waist and stomach area, and I've always had bigger thighs. Used to be muscle (sigh!). Anyway, I have a new physical therapist doing the work, as my old pt left the practice (which SUCKS!), and she's nowhere NEAR as good. I'm starting to regress! Clearly I do NOT want to do that. I was already close to switching to compression socks/tights anyway, so I'd like to go ahead and make that jump. Price IS an issue. The less expensive the better, as I'm disabled for a fun host of reasons, and therefore on a VERY fixed and VERY limited income. I also need/want to get arm compression sleeves. I have my measurements for that, also. Just for an idea of what I'm dealing with, I also have ADHD (with sensory issues, of course!) that makes me absolutely HATE socks (though I like and usually wear tights in the colder months!), I have fibromyalgia, and a whole host of other issues. But I think those are the pertinent ones. I usually wear dresses when I can, because I find them very comfy and freeing. :) I also have a bit of a funky style (Mostly 50's vintage? Kinda alt?) Anywhere y'all could point me would be fantastic! Thanks! :D
