Best Hotel Options?

I am looking at taking a long weekend away somewhere in Ireland.

I'm not really concerned where, though I'll like to add that the closer it is to Gorey or Dublin, the more preferable it is. What I'm really interested in is a top class hotel with buffet meals and top class pools and facilities. It's just for a long weekend, probably Friday- Monday. I am not planning to go hiking or any of the sorts. Just a beautiful comfortable hotel, watch movies on Netflix and eat as much as I can from the buffet with as much variety as possible - a real buffet.

Is this available in Ireland? I really wanna do this.

I've stayed in some hotels in Dublin, while they may have good food, it's either a la carte or limited options. The real buffet would be a strong selling point for me. An indoor pool is also a very good thing too.
