Moosehide cloak is the best in slot for Stalker

I started my current Stalker run in Ash Canyon near the prepper cache, and lucked into getting the Hunter load out there. I immediately killed a moose and decided to craft the cloak as a temporary solution to filling the outer layer for the torso slot. 248 days in, I haven't replaced it. I have had to harvest and recraft it twice, but it's currently at 100% condition because I just recrafted it.

So why do I keep it equipped? Protection and durability. I have survived 43 wolf attacks, 7 bear attacks, a couple Cougar swipes, and 1 moose attack. I also have had it on for 34 falls and 107 blizzards. And it's the same moosehide I harvested on day 2. It usually doesn't take condition loss from wolf attacks at all. And after being mauled by an Aurora bear multiple times in a row before I managed to light a fire, some of my clothes were ruined. But not the moosehide cloak.

Look, on interloper it doesn't have enough warmth. On Voyageur, you don't have to worry about protection nearly as much as weight management because of all the loot. It's not for every mode. But specifically for Stalker, it's the best in slot for the outer layer.

Feel free to try to attack me for my opinion, but you can't hurt me because I have the moosehide cloak on.
