How to do worldbuilding books to create my story

Hi, I wanna create a world in the science fantasy genre located in the Middle East, set in the future. The problem is, I don't yet know how to do interesting world-building. So I have three requests.

1- I need books to teach me how to create my fictional world, something to guide me.

2- I need novels with science fantasy I could learn from; I prefer it if it's a Middle Eastern world. I wanna enjoy and learn from the author and how he executes it. For example, did he add camels? What about the jinn? Is there magic and machines? How much do they know about science and technology? I wanna study his work in depth.

3- Optional, but really, I wanna know if there's any non- fiction book teach about the history of the Middle East, the people who spoke Arabic in the real world. I want to be familiar with the rules before I break them.
