Games with low lag in different continents

Hello, fellow gamers. Tomorrow my sister with her partner will be leaving the country, i'm from Chile and they will be leaving to Australia for a few years. I get along great with both of them, and i need some suggestions, for games with low pin or lag whatever, something that works fine despite being far.

They like competitive games like Overcooked, i like coop games like Peak or Lethal Company, Risk of rain...
Feel free to suggest anything that WORKS WITHOUT LAG
Thanks a lot in advance <3
