Anyone who has experience in working with instagram influencers?

I have a small business and planning to collaborate with small influencers with 2 to 3k followers .However, I have no idea what would be the appropriate monetary exchange here or should I only do barter .

Any business owner who has done collaboration with influencers please help me out 🥺
