Metal Vent Tech Short-Sleeve colours

I've got old Gymshark T-shirts that are pretty much light grey and black, with random camo prints or triangular designs. For MVT, what colours are better for the fabric it has, and perhaps showing off the body/hiding body?

The UK also has Black/Black and Graphite Grey/Black, not sure which one to go with for black, honestly. I tried the graphite one in-store and it looks like charcoal but the black/black one looks plasticky. I tried some lighter colours and I think lighter feels better, but not sure of the sweat marks or other issues that may popup.
