My brother's PC on the fritz. Games crashing, discord bugging out with mic audio, general instability.

This is a hard one because it just feels like random stuff that I can't quite put my finger on. I also have not had the chance to get hands on with the PC myself. I am more tech savvy and comfortable with this stuff but just been playing phone tag with him.

He is on R5 7600X | 5070 | Asrock B650M Pro RS Wifi mobo | 32GB Ram

My thought is at some point he has messed with something or some settings that have gotten screwy. Confusing cause I am a psycho who changes components every few months for the heck of it and have not had any of these issues. I built his PC as well.

Not sure if a fresh Windows 11 Pro install is best, or maybe DDU and fresh Nvidia Drivers? Here are some of the things happening.

• discord not picking up his mic every time he boots it for the first time.
  • has to close and reopen discord several times before it works.
  • issues with streaming/screen share on discord
• game instability across different games.
  • Tarkov crashing a decent amount during the joining into Raid load screen
  • GR Wildlands not launching and that Easy Anti Cheat fix isnt working for him
  • crashing in Monster Hunter Wilds
• Some issues downloading BF6 updates

I know this is like a random list but I just am trying to help stabilize his issues. Figured I would ask for more ideas before diving in myself to the troubleshooting.
