Do you think this game has a similar art style to WoW?

I had some family over recently and someone saw me playing Reforged. They then made a comment on how it looked JUST like World of Warcraft to the point that they thought I was playing that instead of Guild Wars. Do these two games have a similar art style in your opinion? If you ask me, they look very different.
