Is it possible to get estrogen patches covered by ohip+? Mtf

At my most recent visit with my Endo I asked about the possibility of going on patches because I'd prefer that over taking pills orally, due to my mental health going crazy from the hormone fluctuations when taken sublingually. And ideally would want to keep my liver from being stressed. I'm under 24 and don't have health insurance. Would I need to ask for an EAP? Any advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated ❤️
