Is ZEE5 worst OTT ever? Sketchy and deceiving

I originally subscribed to ZEE5 during the World Cup for the ₹399/month plan. I completely forgot that auto-renewal was enabled, so the subscription kept renewing this month after the World Cup was over.

I don't know why the subscription was renewing at the same price as the worldcup pack when the worldcup was over.

Ok since it was auto renewed, I thought I might as well watch a couple of movies to make use of the month's package .

And then I was hit with 4 ads while watching.

FOUR Ads. On a ₹399/month paid subscription.

I genuinely don't understand ZEE5's subscription structure . What exactly am I paying ₹399/month for if I'm still going to get a heavy advertising experience?

I've used multiple OTT platforms, and honestly, ZEE5 feels like one of the worst subscription experiences I've come across.

Are other ZEE5 subscribers also experiencing this?

I Want to know if primary offerings (worldcup) of a package is over . Should the charges be the same ?

Any thoughts?
