End-to-End Employee Lifecycle: Managing seamless onboarding, background verification, document collection, statutory nominations, and managing smooth offboarding and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.

Payroll & Compensation Operations: Processing Indian payroll with a strong grasp on tax optimization, structuring allowances (like HRA based on metro/non-metro rules), and answering employee queries regarding their compensation.

Statutory Compliance & Benefits: Ensuring strict adherence to Indian labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and accurate calculation and administration of gratuity benefits.

HR Data & MIS Reporting: Highly proficient in Excel for maintaining HRIS data integrity, auditing employee records, and creating templates to streamline daily HR operations.
