Post flagged as AI when all I did was remove a person from my background

I don't want people thinking I edit my body or anything, so it just really sucks Instagram did this especially since I wasn't aware it said my post was AI until much after. All I did was use an AI eraser tool to remove someone but that's obviously not what people are going to assume I used AI for 😐 Any way I can fix this?
