New Corsair Void 2 Headset Troubles

As the title says, I just got the Void 2s the other day, and despite working fine when I got them, they are dead every morning. I use them for about 3-4 hours a day; I do not use the RGB and have them automatically turn off every 10 minutes if there's no activity.

So how do they go from 94% to 0% overnight?

The computer is completely shut down, the headphones are off and connected to nothing. When I wake up, it doesn't connect; I try to check the battery level, and it's unavailable. I've reinstalled the iCUE program, reset the headphones, and paired them multiple times, so what is going on?
