Daily budget excluding accommodation and trains

I am visiting China in September for three weeks. I have already booked and paid for all of my hotels and train travel. All I will need to pay for when I’m there is food, local metro, souvenirs and attractions/entertainment.

How much would you recommend as a daily budget for these things? We are on a backpacker budget so can buy street food and cheaper options.
