Help!! I’ve peeled paint in my apt and need to fix

I let my intrusive thoughts win last night and I started picking at peeling paint in my bathroom. The next thing I knew it was an hour in and 1/3 of my bathroom has been peeled showing a different color underneath. I am moving in two weeks and I need to fix this before. Any tips? Is it ok to paint over all of it even if the entire room hasn’t been peeled? Yes I should probably go see a therapist, I know lol.
