ILR spouse visa adequate maintenance application

I’m applying as a sponsor on carers allowance. Please can someone review the docs I will be submitting and comment on if anything is missing or if the any of the following isn’t necessary
Also if anyone can answer the following

1. Are 6 months of payslips with his employer enough as he’s been on Statutory Sick pay JAN-JUNE 2026 and will be able to meet financial requirements with this pay
2. Missing one week payslip due to being sick at the start of his sick leave will a cover letter be enough to explain
3. Not sure about proof of Universal credit; uc statements As amounts vary each month should I submit 6 months of UC statements* and calculate an average or is the last month enough
4. Council tax also was different month to month do I need to explain this or should I rely on the last months figure for the calculations
5. Accountant certificate of confirmation what figures need to be shown? Just the income from self employment for the year and the net profit?
